Please note: We have a mix of coach types on our services, some are fully enclosed, others are open-sided. Your seat allocation guarantees you a seating bay for your group, but we cannot guarantee that all travellers will be seated in an enclosed coach on days when the weather is wet. Please see our FAQ page for more information.
For seating purposes all people who are part of the same order will be allocated seats on the day on the assumption that they are part of the same social bubble. If you need to be seated separately, please ensure each group is booked as a separate order. Your tickets are only valid for the dates and times chosen. Please note that we do not issue printed tickets, all you need is your order number for the guard.
The Welsh government recommends the use of a face covering while travelling on trains.

The override code can be used to unlock services not available for booking below, eg if a train is running late. The code, if needed can be obtained from the guard once the train has arrived.
